Apprenticeship is very highly regarded at Robotunits. Our apprentices are the future potential of the company. The core statement with regard to apprenticeships at Robotunits: "We don't train apprentices but future entrepeneurs". This means right from the outset: If you've got a good idea, don't hold back to discuss it and most importantly, act upon it. Our apprentices are expected to make every effort to meet the needs of the customer. Independence, initiative and problem-solving are very important at Heron. All apprentices get together in a study group to be more successful in school. Great emphasis is also put on communication with the apprentices. They treat each other on first name terms and that the boss's door is open to everyone.
 

There are currently 13 apprentices being trained in the following occupations:

• Machining Technician
• System Electrician
• Mechanical Design Engineer
